Huntsville Ear, Nose & Throat Physicians is a four-physician practice caring for children and adults across Huntsville, Madison, and the surrounding region. Our ENT specialists bring together decades of experience, advanced surgical training, and a shared commitment to thoughtful, compassionate care.
What makes our practice distinctive is the combination of longstanding experience and a new generation of physicians. Dr. Neeta Kohli-Dang has cared for North Alabama families for decades and has built a highly regarded practice known for comprehensive high-quality ENT care. She is now joined by her children, Dr. Sabina Dang and Dr. Rajan Dang, both Huntsville natives who returned home after advanced training at leading academic institutions to serve the community they know so well. Alongside them is Dr. John R. LaFrentz, a respected longtime partner whose broad surgical experience, military background, and local leadership have helped shape the practice for many years.
Together, our physicians bring different strengths and experiences, but they share the same standard: listen carefully, evaluate thoroughly, explain clearly, and recommend treatment that makes sense for the patient.
We care for the full range of ear, nose, throat, head, and neck concerns, including sinus disease, allergies, hearing loss, dizziness, pediatric ENT problems, sleep apnea, voice and swallowing disorders, thyroid and parathyroid disease, salivary gland disorders, complex head and neck conditions, and specialized procedures such as cochlear implants.
